Within 21 days of the signing of this collective agreement, the Union sends the Bank a list of names of its IRC members. The union notifies the Bank within 21 days when the list of IRC members is updated and amended. The collective agreement has expired and is currently being renegotiated by the Alberta government and the Alberta Provincial Employees Association. The parties linked to this agreement are SARAWAK COMMERCIAL BANKS ASSOCIATION, an employers` union, established under the Trade Union Act, headquartered at Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad Bank, Suite 401, Tingkat 4, Bangunan MAS, Jalan Song Thian Cheok, 93100 Kuching, Sarawak (hereafter referred to as “the association”) and whose members have granted recognition to the Union banks and FINANCIAL COMPANY (hereafter referred to as “the bank” or “banks” if they are called collectively) on the one hand and BANQUE SARAWAK EMPLOYEES` UNION, a union of workers registered under the trade union law, l959, and having their nearest seat on the second floor, lot 79 Block B, Queen`s Court, Jalan Wan Alwi, 93350 Kuching, Sarawak (hereafter referred to as “Union”) of the other party. Each party may give the other party a written period of six (6) months, as well as proposals to negotiate a new agreement, but this notification will not be made until July 1, 2020.
